PAYMENT• Payment is accepted through PayPal and Stripe.
• Payment is 100% upfront.
• The listed prices are in USD and may vary depending on complexity.
REFUND POLICY• Unless I am incapable of finishing the artwork due to unforseen circumstances,there are no refunds available.
REVISIONS• 4 revisions made during the sketch phase are free.
• Extremely major revisions have additional fees.
• Revisions requested after I have entered the lineart/render phase may be rejected,you are free to ask however and they may be implented if possible.
TURNAROUND TIME• Completion time depends on commission type,complexity of the work and queue size.
• Delays may occur due to personal circumstances,illness,or real life emergencies.
•You will be notified if significant delays occur.
USAGE RIGHTS• Commissions are for personal uses only unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand,to which additional fees may apply.
• You may post the artwork with proper credit.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own nor erase my watermark/signature.•you may use the artwork for any personal purposes.
ARTIST RIGHTS• I retain the full copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed.
• I retain the right to post completed commissions on my portfolio and social media.
• Clients must inform me beforehand if they wish for a commission to remain private.
GENERAL• I reserve the right to decline any commission request should I feel uncomfortable with your request.
•You may not use my art as NFTs or to train AI.
• Please provide me with sufficient references so that the end result ends up as similar as possible to what you had in mind.
